IKUS Catering was established in 2016 as part of IKUS Life Enrichment Services, which has been enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities since its founding in 1952. IKUS Life Enrichment Services, formerly known as Indian Trails Camp, has a long history of providing support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities through a variety of programs and services. IKUS Catering was created to offer individuals an opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training in the culinary field, fostering personal growth and skill development in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Since its inception, IKUS Catering has provided professional catering services for over 100 events, ranging from corporate meetings and private parties to community functions and nonprofit gatherings. The service not only provides high-quality food but also empowers individuals with disabilities by teaching them essential skills that contribute to independence and self-sufficiency. Through this program, participants gain experience in food preparation, customer service, and event management, all while building confidence and developing a strong work ethic.
