With the warmer weather we can begin to break back in our bike seats and pedal our way to fun! Our Trails to Rails class is to practice your biking skills to prepare for a ride on May 22nd at the Musketawa Trail. This old railroad bed has been repaved and makes for a very smooth ride! We are still accepting members into the class so contact us if you are interested.
Members have also been increasing their fitness with our Working on Wellness class. This class focuses on stretching, beginner body weight exercises and learning basic anatomy. We have a good time working up a sweat and then have some fun with different sports to end the hour with team spirit!
