Facilities and Maintenance Director
IKUS Life Enrichment Services looks to hire a facilities and maintenance director to manage the 25 acres and 30 buildings on our property. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance, grounds, equipment, housekeeping vehicles and contract services. This position is directly responsible for hands on daily maintenance, and facility upkeep as well as supporting all other services provided by the organization. Upkeep includes: painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and alarms, management of indoor pool (will train), water systems and septic systems. The facility and maintenance director will help hire and supervise year-round janitorial staff, summer seasonal maintenance staff, as well as volunteer groups. Proven experience in one of the following trades is important: General construction, plumbing, HVAC, mechanic, carpentry, electrical. First Aid and CPR certification required (training provided). Salary based on experience.

Indian Trails Camp (a part of IKUS Life Enrichment Services) is hiring for a full-time Custodial/Janitorial position to serve at our main campus. The position will generally report 8am-4pm weekdays with some evenings and weekends.
• General cleaning (Sweep, mop, dust, trash removal) of facilities
• Organizing and washing towels, linens, cover-ups
• Light grounds work (mowing, weeding, etc)
• Other facility and maintenance duties as assigned
Wage is $10-12.00 per hour. Full time employees are eligible for benefits including: PTO, 401K plan, and Health Insurance enrollment.
